For over 50 years, Silvestri Investments has continued to flourish in the real estate business. The company’s founder, Franco Silvestri, began constructing homes in the 1960’s, while quickly becoming one of the areas largest home builders in his hometown in Canada.
As his business continued to grow, so did his family, and with the help of his children and son-in-law, the family business has expanded to encompass the acquisition of several land holdings, rental properties, commercial shopping centers and residential condominium developments. We currently have ongoing developments in Canada, United States and Italy. One of the largest current projects is located on the beachside in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, which consists of 660 units spread over 20 buildings (Oceanwalk Condominiums).
Our newest development is located on the river in New Smyrna Beach, Florida called Riverwalk Condominiums at Coronado Island.
Over the years, The Silvestri Family has grown attached to this beautiful, quaint little city that everyone is proud to call home. They look forward to building in this community for many years to come.
